Lou’s Little Shoes accepts Credit and Debit Cards payments via PayPal. PayPal except all major credit and debit cards. If you are not already a PayPal customer, you no longer need a PayPal account to purchase using PayPal. You will however, be offered the opportunity to create a PayPal account at the end of the transaction.

We also accept cheques denominated in pounds sterling made payable to Lou’s Little Shoes. Please allow 7 working days for cheques to clear before your order will be dispatched.

Lou’s Little Shoes provides a simple Returns Policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with what you have purchased just return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we will issue you with a refund for the price of the item. We will issue a refund of the delivery charge if the return of the item has been caused by an error on our part. This does not affect your statutory rights.
