Lou’s Little Shoes Returns Policy

Lou’s Little Shoes provides a simple Returns Policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with what you have purchased just return it to us in its original condition including box within 30 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item. This does not include the delivery charge unless in the instance stated below.

Delivery Costs

If you are returning an item to us because of an error caused by Lou’s Little Shoes or because the item is faulty, we will then issue a refund for the delivery charges of sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to Lou’s Little Shoes. Otherwise you are responsible for those costs.

Returning an Item

When returning an item please complete the back of the delivery form giving the reason for your return. Return this slip inside the package. The package should be returned securely in its original box. Where possible please use the original mailbag for returns. Please use a recorded delivery service, so proof can be provided where necessary that an item has been returned. Thankyou.
